Shipping

📦 EL JEFE Brand Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Delays:
EL JEFE Brand is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns

🔄 EL JEFE Brand Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).

To initiate a return, email us at andrewlewis@eljefebrand.store with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges:
Want a different size or color? No problem — we offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
